FITNESS CLASSES
Body Sculpt Increase strength and muscle definition with the use of free weights, dyna bands, body bars and other resistance equipment. Create a leaner, trimmer and stronger body. The benefits are endless.
Cardio & Sculpt An interval class combining cardio drills, strength and core training.  Increase lean muscle, "boost" metabolism and "burn" calories.
Classic Cardio A high/lo cardio workout to burn fat and improve cardiovascular functions. Ending with abdominal workout and a nice cool down.
Fusion Fitness A class designed to tone, sculpt, increase your core strength, flexibility and balance.  This call will do it all!

Modern Pilates A mat class based on teachings of Joseph Pilates to increase range of motion and flexibility, while incorporating props for strength development.
Pilates Blend Fuses the disciplines of flow or "vinyasa" yoga. Linking poses together with the breath and core-conditioning Pilates to produce strong, flexible body with perfect balance of energy and calm to the body and mind. Great Combination for fitness and yoga enthusiasts.
Step n Strength Combination of strength training and cardio using the step for a great workout to increase endurance and burn fat.
Zumba Fitness  Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
 
 
 YOGA CLASSES
The practice of Yoga restores youthfulness, inner strength and balance bringing joy, tranquility and understanding to our lives.
Yoga I Suitable for beginners as well as ongoing students. Includes basic yoga positions that can be adapted to fit all ages and physical conditions.
Yoga II Includes more challenging yoga positions requiring at least six months to one year experience. Students are expected to have a sound understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
Yoga III At least two years Iyengar Yoga experience. Ability to perform Head Balance, willingness to learn Full Arm Balance supported at the wall are required.
Pranayama The practice of yoga breathing techniques for health of body and calmness of mind. Mild and meditative.
Iyengar Yoga Basics  The fundamentals of this world renowned method is taught on an ongoing basis.  Suitable for beginners and those experienced students who want to refresh and renew their practice.
 
YOGA STYLES
  Iyengar Yoga A world-renowned method of teaching yoga, which emphasizes precision and alignment. It is a profound, intelligent and transformative approach available to all.
Eclectic Yoga: A cohesive style combining various Yoga traditions.
Triyoga is the prana-inspired flow of asana, pranayama and mudra.  The trinity flow of body-breath-mind emerges based on the principles of rhythmic breath and body, economy of motion, relaxation in action and wavelike movements.  Feel increased energy and more expansive awareness 
Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa means flowing movement with breath. It is a challenging yet precise practice that works to increase strength, flexibility and endurance, resulting in a deepened connection with the self.
Specific Needs This class is for people with current challenges in executing yoga poses due to pain, injuries, chronic health issues or recent illness.
Pre-Natal Yoga If pregnancy is normal, attend any Iyengar Yoga I class. You MUST advise instructor before practicing as some poses are contra-indicated.
