The practice of Yoga restores
youthfulness, inner strength and balance bringing joy, tranquility and
understanding to our lives. |

Yoga I Suitable for
beginners as well as ongoing students. Includes basic yoga positions
that can be adapted to fit all ages and physical conditions. |

Yoga II Includes more
challenging yoga positions requiring at least six months to one year
experience. Students are expected to have a sound understanding of their
capabilities and limitations. |
|
Yoga III At least two years
Iyengar Yoga experience. Ability to perform Head Balance, willingness to
learn Full Arm Balance supported at the wall are required. |

Pranayama The practice of
yoga breathing techniques. Mild and meditative. |

Yoga Nidra
An ancient transformative practice of deep

Special Needs This class is
for people with current challenges in executing yoga poses due to pain,
injuries, chronic health issues or recent illness. |

Pre-Natal Yoga If pregnancy
is normal, attend any Iyengar Yoga I class. You MUST advise instructor
before practicing as some poses are contra-indicated. |
